Personal Side Note: On New Year's Day 2008, my only sibling (brother) passed away unexpectantly at the age of 34 leaving behind a young wife and two small children (Ages 5 & 8). I am now in a position where I am moving my family (wife and two kids (4 & 7)) back to our hometown in order to help with the situation. We found a house and signed on it June 13th. Now I am trying to sell and with the market being the way it is, who knows how long I am going to have wait, and with me having pretty much no time to prepare for this situation, I don't have any money put together and obviously moving and the house payment are not cheap so please, look at my other auctions to see if there is something you may need/want.
